Shortly after that time <br /> 7 the condo value had a downturn. Busitzky noted that a $2,000 value <br /> P was placed on the garages and that the value of $75,400 meets the <br /> 9 agreement. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 The City Manager suggested that the District could be extended. The <br /> 12 City is the bond holder. <br /> 13 <br /> i4 Charlotte Olson - 3412 Skycroft Drive <br /> 15 Ms. Olson' s property value increased from $119,800 to $133,000 in two <br /> 16 years.
