CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 92-015 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has requested that purchase of a portable generator <br /> be included as part of the Remedial Action project to be used in emergencies . <br /> to provide electricity to the high service electrical pumps to enable the City <br /> to provide water during times of electrical outages; and <br /> WHEREAS, the State and the EPA have reviewed this request and have agreed that a <br /> standby generator is an acceptable purchase as part of the Remedial Action <br /> project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> • hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the amendment No. 2 to Contract <br /> No. 32300-19754 which allows the City to purchase a generator as part of the Remedial <br /> Action project. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1992. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
