Resolution No. 92-018 , Re: Prohibitina Vehicle Parking on <br /> 9 Old Highway #8 <br /> 10 <br /> 11 The Cities of St . Anthony and Roseville have agreed to make <br /> 12 repairs and improvements to Old Highway #8 using Minnesota <br /> 13 State Aid funds . <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Councilmember Marks inquired why there was a need for the <br /> 16 resolution . The City Manager responded that this is one of the <br /> 17 Minnesota State Aid requirements . He also noted that funds <br /> 18 from Minnesota State Aid and from the Metropolitan Transit <br /> 19 Commission will be used to fund the cement pad for the bus <br /> 20 parking location. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve Resolution No. <br /> 23 92-018 being a resolution prohibiting vehicle parking on Old <br /> 24 Highway #8 . <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 27 <br /> 28 B. Resolution No. 92-019 ; Re: Combinincr Precinct Polling <br /> 29 Locations <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Hennepin County Precinct #3 has fewer than one hundred <br /> 32 registered voters . With approval of this resolution, it will <br /> 33 be combined with Hennepin County Precinct #2 . <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The City Manager advised that all of the registered voters in <br /> 36 Precinct #3 will be notified by letter that their polling <br /> 37 place has been moved to the Community Center located at 3301 <br /> 38 Silver Lake Road. <br /> 3'9 <br /> 4.0 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve Resolution No. <br /> 41 92-019 being a resolution authorizing. the combination of <br /> 42 precinct polling loctions . <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 45 <br /> 46 10 .
