Urbia had no current information. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 . Werenicz inquired if an update of the court findings regarding <br /> 12 the Pirino lawsuit were available. Urbia stated that they were <br /> 13 not back yet . Chairman Faust felt the Planning _ Commission <br /> 14 members should know the legal reasons why the City lost the <br /> 15 case. He requested that the legal findings and the judgement <br /> 16 be included in the next month' s Planning Commission meeting <br /> 17 agenda. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 9.
