Grade-The elevation of the garage floor in a structure with an <br /> attached or tuck under garage, or the elevation of the average finished <br /> surface of the ground at the building setback line in a structure with <br /> a detached garage. <br /> 37. Junk Yard-Land or buildings where waste, discarded or salvaged <br /> materials are bought, sold, stored, exchanged, cleaned, packed, dis- <br /> assembled or handled, including but not limited to scrap metal, rags, <br /> paper, hides, rubber products, glass products, lumber products, plas- <br /> tic, etc. and products resulting from the wrecking of automobiles or <br /> other vehicles. <br /> 38. Kennel-Any premises where three or more caged or non-caged <br /> domestic animals of the same breed or species are kept, except for <br /> animal hospitals, pet shops or veterinary clinics. <br /> 39. Land Coverage-The area of _land on a zoning lot which is covered <br /> by buildings and/or accessory structures. <br /> -5- <br />
