Metropolitan Waste Control Commission - Re : <br /> 7 Inflow/Infiltration System <br /> 8 The City Manager advised that the information <br /> 9 regarding the MWCC Inflow/Infiltration System was <br /> 10 left out of the agenda packet . He will see that <br /> 11 this information is included in the next Council <br /> 12 packet . <br /> 13 <br /> 14 3 . Trainina Public Service Delivery Seminar <br /> 15 The Minnesota Mayor ' s Association is sponsoring a <br /> 16 seminar on April 10th which will address the <br /> 17 delivery of public services . The Mayor indicated he <br /> 18 intends to attend the seminar which will be held in <br /> 19 St . Cloud and encouraged all other Counci _mem*_bers <br /> 20 to attend if possible . <br /> 21 <br /> 22 All Councilmembers received a notice cf this <br /> 23 seminar with information regarding its purpose . <br /> 24 <br /> 25 4 . Parkina Ordinance <br /> 26 The City Manager , the Public Works Director and the <br /> 27 Management Assistant put together a video which <br /> 23 taped situations of vehicles parked on private and • <br /> 29 pu'r;lic property . Some of these instances were in <br /> vlClatlOn of City ordinances and come_ were not . <br /> 31 <br /> 32 The Cou-cii viewed the tape with the City Manager <br /> narrating. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Some of the examples cited in the video dealt with <br /> 36 vehicles parked on non-paved surfaces , boats on <br /> 37 private property , recreational vehicles parked for <br /> 38 a lengthy amount of time on private property, and <br /> 39 vehicles and recreational equipment parked on a <br /> 40 seasonal basis on private property as well as on <br /> 41 public property. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The City Manager noted that since the ordinance <br /> 44 requires vehicles be parked on a paved surface many <br /> 45 residents have moved their vehicles from their back <br /> 46 yards to their front yards .
