ANTHONY NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO THE KENZIE TERRACE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony will hold a public hearing on Amendments to the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Plan (the "Redevelopment Plan") and Tax Increment Financing Plan (the "Financing Plan") of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony (the "HRA") at 8:30 P.M. on Tuesday,March 24, 199-2,.-dn the City Council Chambers, City Administrative Offices 3301 Silver Lake Road,St. Anthony, Minnesota._ The Amendments to the Redevelopment Plan provide for development of an interest reduction program (the "Interest Reduction Program") by the HRA pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.012, subdivision 7, with respect to certain of the housing units located in the area included in the Redevelopment. Plan. The Amendments to the Financing Plan authorize the use of tax increments derived from the Kenzie Terrace Tax Increment Financing District of the HRA (the "District") established by the Financing Plan to provide for the payment by the HRA or the City of the costs of the Interest Reduction Program. • Set forth below is a map showing the area included in the District which is the area from which tax increments are collected. All who wish to be heard as to the Amendments to the Redevelopment Plan, the development of the Interest Reduction Program and the Amendments to the Financing Plan will be given an opportunity to express their views at the time of the public hearing or may file written comments with the City Manager prior to the public hearing.
