APPLICATION FOR PERMIT: Every application for a sign permit <br /> 12 must be accompanied by a plan or plans drawn to scale and including: <br /> 13 (1) The dimensions of the sign and, where applicable, the dimensions of <br /> 14 the wall surface of the building to which it is to be attached. <br /> 15 (2) The maximum and minimum height of the sign. <br /> 16 (3) The proposed location of the sign in relation to the face of the building <br /> 17 in front of which or above which it is to be erected. <br /> 18 (4) The proposed location of the sign in relation to the boundaries of the <br /> 19 lot upon which it is to be situated. <br /> 20 (5) If the sign is to be illuminated, the technical means by which this is to <br /> 21 be accomplished and the hours of illumination. <br /> 22 (6) Where the sign is to be attached to any existing building, a diagram or <br /> 23 photograph of the face of the building to which the sign is to be <br /> 24 attached. <br /> 25 (7) The name and address of the owner of the sign and the address of the <br /> 26 property where the sign is located. <br /> 27 (8) Where a ground level sign is proposed with berming, a diagram <br /> 2.8 showing grade level and dimensions of the berm. <br />
