CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 9 <br /> 10 The meeting was called -to order at 7 : 30 p .m. and the Pledge of <br /> 11 Allegiance was led by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 2 . ROLL CALL <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Council Present : Mayor Ranallo, Councilmembers Marks , Enrooth, <br /> 16 Fleming and Wagner <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Staff Present : City Manager Burt and Management Assistant <br /> 19 Urbia <br /> 20 <br /> 21 3 . APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 10 , 1992 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 22 <br /> 23 The Mayor requested two items be added to New Business : <br /> 24 <br /> 25 1 . Letter from Councilmember Long regarding new Property <br /> 26 Taxpayers ' Trust Fund <br /> 7 <br /> 2 . City Manager ' s Performance Evaluation <br /> 30 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the agenda with <br /> 31 the additions for the November 10 , 1992 Council Meeting. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br /> 36 4 . APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 27 , 1992 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> 39 the October 27 , 1992 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 40 corrections : <br /> 41 <br /> 42 page 7 , lines 12/15: Delete the first sentence of the <br /> 43 paragraph. The second sentence should read: "Mayor Ranallo <br /> 44 requested that the Planning Commission consider parking of <br /> 45 vehicles in front of homes when it is reviewing the parking <br /> 46 ordinance regarding outside parking. <br /> 47 page 13 , line 19: Delete "but" and place a period after <br /> 48 "done" . The following sentence should read : "She compared it <br /> 49. to the. Police Department Open House where the attendance was <br /> 50 not very high . " <br />
