ANTHONY <br /> • ORDINANCE 1992--910 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING, REZONING <br /> CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM COMMERCIAL TO <br /> SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony ordains: <br /> Section 1. The Zoning Map adopted by Section 300 of the 1973 Code of Ordinances is <br /> amended as to the following described property by changing the use district from C,Commercial <br /> District, to R-1, Single Family Residence District: <br /> Rosier Restaurant <br /> Lots 4 and 5,and the South 12 feet of Lot 3,Block 7,Murray Heights Addition to <br /> Minneapolis, except that part of Lot 5, which lies Southeasterly of the following <br /> descnibed line: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 5 distant 10 feet <br /> Southerly of the Northeast corner thereof, thence run Southwesterly to a point on <br /> the Southeasterly line of said Lot 5, distant 1150 feet Southwesterly of the Southeast <br /> corner thereof and there terminating, according to the recorded plat thereof, and <br /> situate in Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> The Good Luck Cafe <br /> Lots 1 and 2, Block 6, Murray Heights Addition to Minneapolis, according to the <br /> recorded plat thereof, and situate in Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> • Robert Levandowski Prolzea <br /> Lot 2 and Lot 3 except for the South 12 feet thereof, Block 7, Murray Heights <br /> Addition to Minneapolis, according to the recorded plat thereof, and situate in <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> Section 2.
