ANTHONY VILLAGE, MINNESOTA <br /> • Dear Mr. Burt: <br /> Per our discussion on January 19, 1993, we have estimated the costs for the proposed <br /> optional year 1 street improvements and have determined the following assessment options <br /> for the proposed improvements: <br /> 1. Current Policy Assessment (FF basis). <br /> 2. Entire project cost divided by project Assessable FF (FF basis). <br /> 3. Per lot assessment. <br /> The estimated project costs for street and overlay improvements in the area we discussed <br /> (Rankin, Penrod, Croft and 31st Avenue N.E) amounts to $719,200, compared to an <br /> estimated project cost of $412,700 for the year 1 improvements identified in the City's <br /> Pavement Management Report. The difference in costs are attributed to the fact that the <br /> amount of complete street reconstruction involved in the area improvement we discussed is <br /> 3112 LF compared to 1627 LF in the area of Year 1 improvements identified in the City's <br /> Pavement Management Report. Please refer to the enclosed exhibits that identify the areas <br /> of proposed improvement, and also the projected assessment options for each.
