This organization was <br /> 13 very impressed with his service . Mr . Bonniwell conducts <br /> 14 the audit for St . Anthony . <br /> 15 <br /> 16 3 . Mayor Ranallo referred the Councilmembers to the City <br /> 17 Manager ' s memo regarding consolidation of some of the <br /> 18 City ' s polling places . This is not permitted by statute . <br /> 19 <br /> 20 11 .
