Maier Stewart & Associates - Road Improvements <br /> 37 <br /> 38 The Mayor advised this presentation is for informational <br /> 39 purposes only and no formal Council action will be taken . He <br /> 40 noted there is a public hearing scheduled for May 25th to <br /> 41 discuss these proposed road improvements . <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Tom Madigan, representing Maier Stewart & Associates , advised <br /> 44 that bids for the 1993 street improvement projects were <br /> 45 received from six firms . The bids from the three lowest <br /> 46 bidders were distributed to members of the City Council . <br /> 47 <br /> 48 W. B. Miller, Inc. of Ramsey, Minnesota submitted the lowest <br /> 49 bid for the 1993 street and utility improvements . Maier <br /> 50 Stewart & Associates recommends awarding the bid to this firm. , <br /> • <br />
