NOTICE OF INTENTION FOR PARTIAL RELEASE AND AMENDMENT OF EASEMENT STATE OF MINNESOTA) )ss. COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) I, the undersigned, being duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, hereby give notice that the following resolution is intended to be duly adopted by the St. Anthony City Council at its regular meeting on September 28, 1993: BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to sign the Partial Release and Amendment of Easement in a matter relating to the Diamond 8 Apartments (located in the City of St. Anthony) on behalf of the City described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof is hereby declared and ordered vacated and discontinued. And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the proper county offices notice of said vacation. WITNESS my hand and seal of said City this day of , 1993. EXHIBIT A Legal Description That part of Lot 2, Block 9, Mounds View Acres Second Addition, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Ramsey County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence South 0 degrees 45 minutes 31 seconds West, assumed bearing along the north line of said Lot 2, a distance of 400.00 feet to a line parallel with and 40.00 feet southeasterly of the southeasterly line of the Sault Ste.
