• CITY OF ST ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION #93-068 <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY 1994 TAX LEVY <br /> AND BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH IN TAXATION ACT <br /> WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires the City of St. Anthony provide <br /> Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a certified 1994 tax levy and budget; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's proposed 1994 budget; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a Public Hearing on November 30, 1993, 7:00 P.M. in <br /> its Council Chambers.to discuss the tax levy with the residents of St. Anthony; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a subsequent hearing on December 13, 1993, 7:00 P.M. in <br /> its Council Chambers to adopt the final 1994 property tax levy and budget; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a definitive tax levy has been <br /> collected. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> 1) the 1994 property tax levy is: <br /> Property Tax Levy $1,667,450 <br /> Less: H.A.C.A. ( 338.277) <br /> Total General Fund Levy $1,329,173 <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 20,000 <br /> Less: H.A.C.A. ( 4.414) <br /> Total Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 15,586 <br /> Certificate of Indebtedness $ 76,'265 <br /> Special Assessment/Road Improvements $ 32. 93 <br /> • Total 1994 Tax Levy $1,453,917 <br /> 2) The 1994 Operating Budget totals $5,126,973 <br />
