I H.R.A. Meeting <br /> February 22, 1994 <br /> 3 Page 3 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 The Commission discussed two other parcels which will be for sale <br /> 6 in the City. They are City-owned and are in the south end <br /> 7 redevelopment area. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 The Chairperson suggested that the marketing of these lots be put <br /> 10 under the direction of the Finance Director. He felt this is a <br /> 11 prime time to sell . <br /> 12 <br /> 13 -The Executive Director advised these lots have received a lot of <br /> 14 interest from potential buyers since November. He suggested the <br /> 15 market to sell is very good at this time. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 The development requirements for each of these lots is for a <br /> 18 minimum of a $130, 000 rambler-style home with no outside storage. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Chairperson Ranallo suggested there be a minimum selling price of <br /> 21 $40, 000 placed on each of the -lots . <br /> 22 <br /> Motion was made and seconded to approve H.R.A. Resolution 1994- <br /> 24 001 authorizing the Chair and Executive Director to sign a <br /> 25 Development Agreement with Larry Beach Construction for the <br /> 26 property located at 3112 Silver Lake Road. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Respectfully submitted, <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Jo-Anne Student <br /> 39 H.R.A.
