' CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-037 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND INTERIM <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> JOINT COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, on September 10, 1991, the St. Anthony City Council entered into a Joint <br /> Cooperation Agreement with Ramsey County to assist in the County's eligibility <br /> to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires to continue its support of Ramsey County's <br /> participation in this federal program. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes the Mayor and Interim City Manager to execute the First Amendment to <br /> Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority Joint Cooperation Agreement on behalf <br /> of the City. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1994. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> Interim City Manager <br />
