CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-041 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> FOR POLICE SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br /> WI-IEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the City of Falcon Heights desire to enter into a joint <br /> powers agreement whereby the City of St. Anthony agrees to provide police <br /> services for the City of Falcon Heights. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Falcon Heights and authorizes the <br /> Mayor and City Manager to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of 1994. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
