SPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALK ADA APPROACHES <br /> The approach ramps must meet all the State of Minnesota specifications. <br /> There are ten (10) approaches that need curbs and some sidewalks removed to meet ADA <br /> requirements. <br /> Instructions: <br /> 1) This material must be removed and disposed of at the contractors expense. <br /> 2) The contractor will supply all the proper warning devices along with proper <br /> warnings for traffic control. <br /> 3) The contractor shall install the ADA ramps insuring safety for all pedestrians. <br /> • 4) The contractor shall be responsible to comply with all required federal labor <br /> standards including the federal wage decision. <br /> 5) All paper work must be submitted to Hennepin County Development Planning <br /> Department, 10709 Wayzata Boulevard, Suite 260, Minnetonka, MN 55345. <br /> 6) The contractor must complete the project by October 15, 1994. <br /> The City of St. Anthony reserves the right to except any or all bids in the best interest of the <br /> City. <br /> Name of Company: -wall cwceelz 6 <br /> Address: //5 A Aw A/ <br /> Bid Amount for Pedestrian Ramps: 40 <br />
