Payment of $ 29 ,000 .00 due December 1 , 1995 , or at closing <br /> of new home contracted at 3111 Silver Lake Road . <br /> 4 . Property Taxes will be prorated from the date of signing the <br /> agreement with the City of St . Anthony . Larry Beach Const . <br /> will be responsible for Property Taxes thereafter . <br /> 5 .
