CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, and Wagner. <br /> 9 Councilmembers Absent: Fleming. <br /> 10 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF APRIL 25, 1995 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the April 25, 1995 Council Agenda as <br /> 13 presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 11, 1995 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 16 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the April 11, 1995 Council minutes with the <br /> 4vfollowing changes: <br /> 18 Under Page 1, Line 5: After 7:50 P.M. add "due to Board of Review meeting which <br /> 19 adjourned at 7:45 P.M." <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 City Manager Mornson submitted corrections to the St. Anthony City Council meeting minutes <br /> 22 of March 28, 1995 as requested by Rosemary Franzese. <br /> 23 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to append corrections to the St. Anthony City Council <br /> 24 meeting minutes as submitted by Rosemary Franzese and make part of the April 25, 1995 City <br /> 25 Council minutes. <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 27 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 28 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following licenses: <br /> 29 Cigarette License <br /> 30 Fuel Mart,Inc. <br /> �1 Contractors License <br /> 2 Imaginality, Inc., Minneapolis, MN <br /> 33 Able Fence, St. Paul, MN <br />
