CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Morrison, City.Manager. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF JULY 25, 1995 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the July 25, 1995 Council Agenda with the <br /> 12 following changes: <br /> 13 Under V. Licenses/Permits/Petitions add: Request for Bingo License for Village Fest. <br /> 14 Under V. Licenses/Permits/Petitions add: V.A. Request for Stop Sign at the corner of 37th and <br /> 15 Foss Road <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 11, 1995 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the July 11, 1995 Council minutes as presented. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: <br /> 22 Contractors <br /> 23 The Wirth Companies, St. Anthony, MN (Remodeling Apache Medical Building <br /> 24 Card Construction Company, Mendota Heights, MN (Renewal) <br /> 25 Heating Contractors <br /> 26 Blaine Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric, Inc., Blaine, MN (Renewal) <br /> 27 All Season Comfort, Inc.,New Brighton, MN (Renewal) <br /> 28 Pioneer Furnace & Fireplace, Coon Rapids, MN (Replacing Furnace & Air Conditioner <br /> 29 at,3415 Stinson Boulevard) <br /> 30 Multiple Dwelling <br /> 31 Highcrest Manor, 3605 - 37th Avenue NE (Renewal) <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
