• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-055 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BRW, INC. AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, ' the City of St. Anthony desires to retain BRW to provide certain <br /> professional services with respect to the City's project known as the <br /> Comprehensive Plan Update; and <br /> WHEREAS, BRW agrees to provide such services upon the terms and conditions as set <br /> forth in the Service Agreement attached hereto. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves the Service Agreement with BRW, Inc. and authorizes the <br /> Mayor and City Manager to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1996. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
