APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 24, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the September 24, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br /> 13 presented. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 IV. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 27, 1996 HRA MINUTES. <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the August 27, 1996 HRA minutes as <br /> 1• presented. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br /> 22 A. Graus Construction in the amount of$641,107.50 for pay application no. 8 St. <br /> 23 Anthony Community Center. <br /> 24 B. Williams/O'Brien Associates in the amount of$6,000.00 for architectural services <br /> 25 rendered June 26 through August 28, 1996 and in the amount of$1,243.20 for <br /> 26 extra services. <br /> 27 C. Firstar Bank in the amount of$210.00 for file maintenance charges Tax Increment <br /> 28 Refunding Bonds Walbon Property, $238.30 for file maintenance charges General <br /> 29 Obligation Refunding Bonds Kenzie Terrace, and$175.00 for fees General <br /> 30 Obligation Tax Increment.Bonds Community Center/City Hall. <br /> 31 D. Dorsey& Whitney in the amount of$235.00 for legal services rendered through <br /> 32 July 31, 1996. <br /> 33 E. American Engineering Testing in the amount of$2,515.70 for project testing <br /> 34 services from July 16 through August 15, 1996. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
