Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br /> November 26, 1996 <br /> Page 5 <br /> 1 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 2 Mornson noted Warren Rolek had requested the ability to purchase some of the furniture <br /> 3 from the old building. <br /> 4 There was Council consensus for Steelcase Furniture to make a bid on the old furniture <br /> 5 and to allow Warren Rolek to purchase the furniture he desired at the price bid. Any <br /> 6 furniture not purchased by Mr. Rolek would then be sold to Steelcase Furniture. <br /> 7 VII. HRA RESOLUTION 1996-006,RE: ACCOUNTING TRANSFER FOR CITY <br /> 8 HALL/COMMUNITY CENTER. <br /> 9 Motion by Marks,second by Enrooth to approve Resolution 1996-006,a Resolution <br /> 10 providing for accounting transfer to provide funds for new City Hall/Community Center <br /> 11 site work. <br /> 12 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 13 VIII. HRA RESOLUTION 1996-007;RE: ACCOUNTING TRANSFER FOR APACHE <br /> 14 TAX INCREMENT FINANCING LGA/HACA LOSS. <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution 1996-007, a Resolution <br /> Providing for accounting transfer from Chandler Place Tax Increment Finance Fund <br /> 17 Balance in the amount of$120,000.00 to Apache Tax Increment Finance LGA/HACA <br /> 18 Loss Fund in the amount of$120,000.00. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 IV. OTHER BUSINESS. <br /> 21 Mornson reported the Meat Market has been demolished and Staff is still working on the <br /> 22 Tollefson property. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 VIII.
