The <br /> 5 burnish block in the Council Chambers will have the carpet run right up to the wall and <br /> 6 will not require the additional protection. <br /> 7 Wagner asked if the building would be occupiable by January 13, 1997. <br /> 8 Mr. O'Brien stated the building would be occupiable by January 13, 1997. <br /> 9 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 10 VIII. OTHER BUSINESS. <br /> 11 Mornson reported the School's Technology Coordinator is working on the School's <br /> 12 portion of technology and telephone system. This may involve some change orders but <br /> Z the School will be paying for these themselves. <br /> 14 There was Council consensus for the change orders to be handled in this manner. <br /> 15 Mornson reported Staff will be moving to the new building the week of January 6, 1997. <br /> 16 The new office furniture will be installed, Staff will be trained on the telephone and the _ <br /> 17 AV equipment and the Public Works employees will be trained on the new boiler. <br /> 18 IX.
