CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO SIGN A CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has developed a project for the City known as "1997 <br /> Watermain, Street and Storm Sewer Improvements"; and <br /> WHEREAS, said project includes drainage improvements and associated restoration work <br /> at the intersection of 35th Avenue NE and Stinson Boulevard; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has requested the County and the County has indicated its <br /> willingness to approve the plans and specifications, authorize the City to <br /> perform work in the County right-of-way and participate in 50% of the <br /> construction costs of County Project 9705. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to sign the Construction <br /> Cooperative Agreement relating to the 1997 Watermain, Street and Storm Sewer <br /> Improvements project on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1997. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Wnager <br />
