Resolution 97-019 • <br /> Page 2 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter,into a <br /> contract with Northdale Construction in the amount of $570,547.33 in the name of the <br /> City of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above referenced <br /> project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council <br /> and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
