May 6th at 6:30 <br /> P.M. to move the process up. <br /> May 14 Notice to proceed on or before this date <br /> July.1 Target project completion <br /> **Road restrictions are usually lifted about May 15th. <br /> If the tennis courts go here, they may not be completed until September or <br /> October, 1997. <br />
