U.S. West Communications in the amount of$4,342.58 for installation of • 2 service to the City Hall/Community Center. 3 Motion carried unanimously. 4 Vl. OTHER BUSINESS. 5 Mornson reported he had been told that the dividers for the City Hall/Community 6 Center would be delivered today. When they did not arrive, he contacted the seller 7 and was told that there is a shipment problem. Mornson stated he has requested a 8 letter from the company explaining the delay. 9 Mornson reported the final furniture bill for the City Hall/Community Center has not 10 yet been received. He also noted he and Public Works Director are working with the 11 architect to design the demolition of the old building, including the asbestos removal. 12 Momson reported he had met with Mr. Tollefson and three of the four issues have 13 been resolved. The remaining issue is that Mr. Tollefson needs to obtain the deed for 14 the property from the State. Mr. Tollefson needs to pay taxes for the past four years. 15 There is a possibility that the County will allow this to be settled at-the time of 16, closing. 17 Faust expressed his concern with maintaining uniformity of signs and other items in • 18 the City Hall/Community Center. He suggested a procedure to address uniformity be 19 adopted. Momson stated he would check with the sign company to determine the 20 continued availability of the signs. 21 Enrooth noted he would like to obtain a proposal for interior.design work for the 22 atrium area and the Council Chambers. Mornson stated he would supply Enrooth with 23 the blueprints for the atrium and the Council Chambers. 24 25 VII.
