To summarize, the 4,500 square foot play area would work for us but not nearly as well ' <br /> as a larger playground where we can take all the children. It also is far more cost- <br /> effective if we can just direct monies and maintenance to one play area rather than two. <br /> The other issue that concerns me is the reality of fly balls from Central 1 going into the <br /> 4,500 play area. We have had six (6) children hit this spring alone, when walking to <br /> Central Park play area. As a result, we quit taking the kids there in place of the hilly area <br /> that is proposed for the large playground. The community is also under the false <br /> perception that the 4,500 playground is being built just for Community Services when <br /> indeed it is on public property.
