Feasibility Report $3,500 <br /> Tasks include field review of project,identifying proposed <br /> improvements,evaluating alternatives,estimating cost of proposed <br /> improvements,developing a preliminary assessment roll,defining a <br /> schedule and presenting a report to City Council. <br /> 2. Design $39,000 <br /> Tasks include field survey and review,preparing construction plans <br /> for street reconstruction,as well as wtermain and storm sewer <br /> replacement,preparing permit application(s),attending one <br /> neighborhood meeting and one Council meeting,preparing final <br /> assessment roll,preparing specifications and cost estimate. <br /> 3. Bidding $2,000 <br /> Tasks include distribution of bidding documents,answering pre-bid <br /> questions,attendance at bid opening,and making a recommendation <br /> to award contract. <br />
