1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES JUNE 24, 1997 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. 5 The meeting was called to order at 9:24 P.M. 6 II. ROLL CALL. 7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and 8 Commissioners Wagner and Faust. 9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney William Soth. 10 Commissioners Absent: None. 11 III. APPROVAL OF JUNE 24, 1997 HRA AGENDA. 12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the June 24, 1997 HRA Agenda with 13 the following change: 14 Under V. Claims add: F. St. Marie Company - $724,000.00 plus the City's 15 share of closing costs via the purchase agreement 16 conditioned upon closing. 408 Motion carried unanimously. IV. APPROVAL OF JUNE 9, 1997 HRA MINUTES. 19 Motion by*Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the June 9, 1997 HRA minutes as 20 presented. 21 Motion carried unanimously. 22 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. 23 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following claims: 24 A. Regarding 2534 Kenzie Terrace: 25 1. Abatement Services, Inc. in the amount of$1,050.00 for removal of 26 asbestos. 27 2. Lightning Disposal, Inc. in the amount of$218.00 for tire disposal, in 28 the amount of$454.12 for trash removal, and in the amount of$362.00 29 for trash removal. 30 3. Metro Appliance Service, Inc. in the amount of $127.03,for gas hose. 31 4. BFI Tire Recyclers of Minnesota, Inc. in the amount of$136.30 for tire 32 removal. 33 B. Sterling in the amount of $19,838.00 for upgrade of CCTV System in Police 34 Department. C. Williams/O'Brien Associates, Inc. in the amount of$735.10 for professional 46 services rendered through May 28, 1997 in regard to demolition contract. 37 D. DKH Excavating in the amount of$48,357.61 -for demolition contract.
