Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br /> June 24, 1997 <br /> is Page 3 <br /> 1 Momson asked when the City could take action in regard to the non-completion of the <br /> 2 City Hall/Community Center construction by Graus Construction. <br /> 3 City Attorney Soth stated if the contractor is in default of.the terms of the contract he <br /> 4 should be sent a notice of default. The City can notify the contractor that if the items <br /> 5 are not completed by a certain date, the contract is terminated and the City will hire <br /> 6 someone else to complete the work. The architect should advise the City if the <br /> 7 contractor is in default. <br /> 8 Enrooth asked if this would affect the warranty. <br /> 9 Soth stated he did not believe it would but he would like to review the contract. <br /> 10 XI.
