CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by <br /> 6 Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Mike Morrison and City Attorney Jerry Gilligan. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: Councilmember Enrooth. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 9, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the September 9, 1997 Regular Council <br /> -13 Meeting Agenda as presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 26, 1997 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING <br /> 16 MINUTES. <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the August 26, 1997 City Council Regular <br /> •8 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following licenses: <br /> 22 Contractors License: <br /> 23 Nordquist Sign Company, Minneapolis, MN/working at St. Anthony Nursing Home <br /> 24 Heating License: <br /> 25 Dependable Indoor Air Quality, Inc., Coon Rapids, MN/work at 3425 Fordham Court <br /> 26 Multi-Dwelling License: <br /> 27 Autumnwoods,Apartments, Long-Nelson Associates/201 Units <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 30 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: <br /> 31 <br /> 32 A. New Liquor Store. <br /> 33 1. St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in the amount of <br /> 34 $97,054.12 for reimbursement of expenses incurred for the building of the new <br /> 40 5 liquor store at Apache. <br />
