CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-042 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A <br /> SUB-GRANT AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE FOR <br /> THE INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony sustained damage to infrastructure as the result of the <br /> July 1 and July 2, 1997 storms. <br /> WHEREAS, the Emergency Manager for the City of St. Anthony made application for <br /> Federal Assistance to the Infrastructure Program. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that: <br /> 1) The City will enter into a Sub-grant Agreement with the Division of Emergency <br /> Management in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the program entitled <br /> Infrastructure Program for FEMA 1187-DR-MINNESOTA. <br /> • 2) Michael J. Mornson, City Manager, is hereby authorized to execute and sign such <br /> Sub-Grant Agreements and amendments as are necessary in implement the project on <br /> behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of 1997. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
