The costs incurred include salaries and employee <br /> benefit costs (FICA, PERA and health insurance) for City employees who administer or <br /> perform work for the H.R.A. <br /> A breakdown of the employees and the percentage of their salaries billed to the H.R.A. <br /> are as follows: <br /> City Manager 15% <br /> Management Assistant 10% <br /> City Clerk 10% <br /> Finance Director 10% <br /> P/T Acct. Clerk 10% <br /> City Council $25.00 per meeting <br /> Recommendation: <br /> To reimburse the City for administrative/employee costs associated with the <br /> management of the H.R.A.; Council approve the transfer of$27,981.26. <br /> • <br />
