TRAINING REPORT AND STATISTICS
Although our training numbers are down slightly in 1997, we received a wealth
of training experience when we conducted live bums on the old city hall. We
spent two days on the building and virtually half of the public works training
hours were accumulated on this project. We were also able to send 6 of our
personnel to work with Ramsey County on a disaster drill involving a simulated
airliner crash. Because our training numbers for public works have been quite
low in the past, the public works director and I have worked out a new schedule
to improve them.
TOTAL TRAINING HOURS
Full Time 292 Hours
Part Time 1071 Hours
Maintenance 53 Hours
AVERAGE PER PERSON
Full Time 49.0 Hours
Part Time 56.3 Hours
Maintenance 13.7 Hours
SCHOOLS AND SEMINARS
1.
