(RCM) appreciates the opportunity to provide the City <br /> of St.Anthony with this proposal to prepare an engineering report which will identify the scope <br /> of work needed to rehabilitate and recoat the City's elevated water storage tank.Preparation of <br /> the report will include collection,review and analysis of available information as well as a site <br /> Ic III survey of the present coating system and structure to determine their condition. The site survey <br /> will be a visual inspection both inside and outside the tank and samples of the existing coating <br /> rieke system will be collected so that we can identify the proper preparation work and develop the <br /> carroll data necessary for specifying a compatible coating system. Recognizing <br /> that the new logo is a different color from the old one, it may be necessary to change the base <br /> color of the tower to more closely complement the color of the new logo. RCM recommends that <br /> the City select a color combination and logo placement scheme to be used with the tower <br /> a'. recoating.
