City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> January 26, 1999 <br /> Page 6 S <br /> 1 Cavanaugh asked what additional water in Silver Point Park would mean with regard to duration <br /> 2 of wetness, and whether Roseville's water could back up into the park. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Cavanaugh asked whether the parking lot gradation completed at St. Charles was accomplished <br /> 5 to the City's specifications. Mornson stated that it would be necessary to obtain that information <br /> 6 from St. Charles. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Cavanaugh asked whether the tennis court pond was to be redesigned as it is not working <br /> 9 properly and the Council should be assured of its operability by Spring 1999. Mornson stated the <br /> 10 pond is an improvement and is doing the job it was constructed to do, adding it drains slowly <br /> 11 which is good for the overall drainage of the City as it does not compete with other water. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 14 A. Ordinance 1998-010,re: Storm Water Management(3rd reading2 <br /> 15 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the 3rd reading of the Storm Water Management <br /> 16 ordinance with the following change: <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Page 2, under Person: insert "and" after "franchisee", and insert a period after"association". . <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. , <br /> 21 <br /> 22 XI.
