ROLL CALL. <br /> 11 Commissioners present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br /> 12 Commissioners absent: None. <br /> 13 Also present: City Manager Mike Momson. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 12, 1999 HRA AGENDA. <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the January 12, 1999 HRA Meeting Agenda as <br /> 18 presented. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 IV. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 7, 1998 HRA MINUTES. <br /> 23 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the December 7, 1998 HRA Minutes as presented. <br /> 0 Motion carried unanimousl . <br /> 26 <br /> 27 V. CLAIMS. <br /> 28 A. Debt Service Payments: <br /> 29 1. Firstar in the amount of: <br /> 30 a. $65,540.00 for debt service with regard to Apache Plaza. <br /> 31 b. $31,987.50 for debt service with regard to Walbon. <br /> 32 C. $197,896.25 for debt service with regard to the Community Center. <br /> 33 B. Payments to Developers: <br /> 34 1. Raymond A. Hellickson in the amount of$11,769.75 for redevelopment of the <br /> 35 property located at 3901 Silver Lake Road under the terms of the redevelopment <br /> 36 agreement. <br /> 37 2. Norwest Investment Services in the amount of$66,695.58 for development of the <br /> 38 Evergreen Townhomes under the terms of the development agreement. <br /> 39 C. Comprehensive Plan: <br /> 40 1. BRW in the amount of$651.99 for professional services rendered with regard to <br /> 41 City planning. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 44 <br /> 0 6 VI.
