WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public meeting for purposes of <br /> discussing the alternatives and the related costs and other factors; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due consideration of such costs, lost revenues and displaced <br /> businesses and residents, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has <br /> selected the alternative which should be given the highest priority among <br /> the various alternatives. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony pursue <br /> Alternative No. shown on the attached Summary of Alternative <br /> Costs and Impacts. <br /> BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> authorizes WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare preliminary plans.for Alternative <br /> No. as a part of the City's flood mitigation program. <br /> Adopted this 23'd day of March, 1999. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
