PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 14 Motion by Cavanaugh, second by Thuesen to approve the following claims: <br /> 15 <br /> 16 A. I/I Study - Storm Water: <br /> 17 1. WSB & Associates, Inc. in the amount of$1,678.00 for professional services <br /> 18 rendered from January 1, 1999 through January 31, 1999 with regard to I/I Study. <br /> 19 B 3 pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 VII. REPORTS. <br /> 24 A. Request by Shriners to sell onions at Stonehouse Parking Lot. <br /> 25 Ranallo reviewed a request from the Zuhrah Shrine Patrol unit to conduct their annual onion sale <br /> 26 at the Stonehouse parking lot on May 1, 1999. He confirmed the patrol unit will be selling <br /> 27 vidalia onions. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion by Thuesen, second by Cavanaugh to approve a request from the Zuhrah Shrine Patrol to <br /> 30 sell onions at the Stonehouse parking lot on May 1, 1999. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 B. Councilmembers. <br /> 35 Faust reported on his attendance at the North Suburban Cable Commission meeting held <br /> 36 Thursday, March 4, 1999 at the Mounds View City Council which was conducted via remote <br /> 37 from Roseville. He stated the next meeting will be held in New Brighton, and he assumes the <br /> 38 meeting will be held in St. Anthony sometime in the near future. He added the Commission is <br /> 39 working on a program with the school district, and franchise fees have gone up due to the high <br /> 40 number of subscribers. He confirmed that MediaOne will be instituting a 2-hour service window <br /> 41 policy. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Thuesen reported on his attendance at the St. Anthony Merchant's Association meeting on <br /> 44 Wednesday, March 3, 1999 at which representatives of the potential new owners of St. Anthony <br />
