Doug.Bergstrom will be the Planning Commission ' <br /> Representative to the Council at the June.22°d Council meeting. <br /> 2. Public Hearings. None. <br /> 3. - °Concept Review. None. <br /> 4. Other Business. <br /> a. Richard Krier Report on the St. Anthony Shopping am. Mr. Krier presented <br /> two different concept plans for the Shopping Center. The Planning Commission <br /> overwhelmingly supported as much green space as possible in the area. There was <br /> consensus on three issues surrounding the Shopping Center: 1.) keep as retail; 2.) central <br /> green area and connecting trails; and 3.) create value in the Center i.e., business/office <br /> space, to be able to fund major improvements that are desired for the Center. The public <br /> hearing on the site plans will be scheduled for the July 20" Planning Commission. <br /> b. Gibbs Combination of Properties. Staff reviewed the proposal to combine <br /> adjacent properties at 2617 and 2621 Lowry Avenue and the City Attorney's letter. The <br /> Planning Commission felt that if the City Attorney was comfortable with the process as he <br /> outlines it, then they are agreeable to the proposed combination of the two-nonconforming <br /> lots. <br /> C. Proposed Park Dedication Ordinance. The Planning Commission indicated that the <br /> proposed ordinance is fine as it is written. No one wanted to include Commercial_ <br /> properties in this proposed ordinance. <br /> 5. <br /> Adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br />
