Other Business.
a. Richard Krier Report on the St. Anthony Shopping am. Mr. Krier presented
two different concept plans for the Shopping Center. The Planning Commission
overwhelmingly supported as much green space as possible in the area. There was
consensus on three issues surrounding the Shopping Center: 1.) keep as retail; 2.) central
green area and connecting trails; and 3.) create value in the Center i.e., business/office
space, to be able to fund major improvements that are desired for the Center.
