CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 6 Mayor Cavanaugh called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers present: Mayor Cavanaugh; Councilmembers Sparks, Horst, Thuesen, and <br /> 9 Hodson <br /> 10 Councilmembers absent: None <br /> 11 Also present: Michael Mornson, City Manager. <br /> 12 III. RECONVENE BOARD OF REVIEW. <br /> 13 Mayor Cavanaugh invited Ms. Tamara Doolittle, appraiser for Hennepin County, to address the <br /> 14 Council. Ms. Doolittle stated that she had visited the property at 3424 Highcrest Road, and <br /> 15 found water damage to the various areas of the property. The garage floor and driveway were in <br /> 16 poor condition with substantial cracking. Ms. Doolittle recommended a reduction from the <br /> 17 original assessed value of$115,000 for the Year 2000, to $111,000 for the Year 2000. Ms. <br /> 18 Doolittle stated that she had been in contact with the owner of the property and the owner was in <br /> 19 agreement with the revised assessment. <br /> 020 Motion b Sparks to approve the reduction in value for the property located at 3424 Hi hcrest <br /> Y P pP g <br /> 21 Road, St. Anthony,to the amount of $111,000.00 as recommended by Ms. Tamara Doolittle, <br /> 22 Appraiser. <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 24 IV.
