CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 5 Chair Cavanaugh called the meeting to order at 8:08 P.M. <br /> 6 II. ROLL CALL. ' <br /> 7 Commissioners present: Vice Chair Horst; Commissioners Sparks, Thuesen, and Hodson. <br /> 8 Commissioners absent: None. <br /> 9 Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney Jerome <br /> 10 Gilligan. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 23,2001 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Commissioner Sparks to approve the October 23', 2001 Housing and Redevelopment <br /> 13 Authority Agenda as presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> 16 Motion by Commissioner Hodson to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of: <br /> 9 1 7 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of October 9, 2001; and <br /> 8 B. Claims. <br /> 9 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 V. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br /> 21 None. <br /> 22 VI. STAFF REPORTS. <br /> 23 None. <br /> 24 VII. H.R.A. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS. <br /> 25 None. <br /> 26 VIII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br /> 27 Vice Chair Horst stated that there would need to be discussion on the structure of the H.R.A., as <br /> 28 the officers and memberships have changed due to Dennis Cavanaugh's resignation as Mayor. <br /> 29 IX.
