Fund with equipment certificate notes. <br /> Amount: <br /> o $330,000. <br /> Impact: <br /> o Increases debt service levy. <br /> Councilmember Sparks indicated that she would like to have the issue of sidewalk <br /> replacement along Silver Lake Road be added to the list. Mayor Hodson indicated that it <br /> was a very important issue in relation to the mission statement to make the community <br /> "walkable." Prosser stated that he would add it to the list, if it was not already on it. <br /> VIII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCILMEMBERS. <br /> Morrison stated that there is a joint meeting with the School Board next Tuesday at 6:00 p.m., <br /> which will be held in the community center. He reviewed the agenda with the Council. <br /> Momson indicated that May 4, 2002 is the city-wide clean-up day. <br /> Morrison indicated that there was a vacancy created in the liquor operations. He stated that an <br /> offer was made to and accepted by Kevin Morelli,who is the former Liquor Manager of St. <br /> Anthony. <br /> Councilmember Horst had nothing new to report this evening. <br /> Councilmember Sparks referred to a volunteer group in St. Anthony called the Community <br /> Prevention Coalition. She indicated that a proposal has been accepted for the Coalition to <br /> become a family services collaborative, which is a source of funding that originally comes from <br /> the federal government. <br /> Councilmember Sparks reiterated that there will not be a Villagefest in 2002. <br /> Councilmember Thuesen stated that it was an exciting time to be a member of the City Council, <br /> and added that he looks forward to the challenges of the next couple of years. <br /> Councilmember Faust indicated that one of the top fifteen issues for the League of Minnesota for <br /> 2002 was phosphorous on lawns in the Metro area, which was just recently passed. <br /> Councilmember Faust commended everyone who worked on the Northwest Quadrant <br /> Redevelopment business update, as he felt there was some great information and prompted <br /> necessary dialogue. <br />
