20 <br /> CITY OF ST ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION#02-043 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE 2002 <br /> WATER AND SEWER BUDGET TO THE GENERAL FUND (STREET LIGHTS) <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has identified a need to paint and refurbish the City street <br /> lights; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Water and Sewer Budget includes a line item totaling $25,000 for Sewer Line <br /> Reconstruction; and <br /> WHEREAS, those costs are now part of the 2002 Street Improvement Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funds can be redirected and transferred to finance the cost of the street light <br /> improvements. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> The sum of$25,000 is transferred from the 2002 Water and Sewer Budget to the General Fund for <br /> the purpose of funding street light improvements. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2002 <br /> ATTEST: Mayor <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
