ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br /> ISSUANCE OF REFUNDING BONDS UNDER <br /> MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 462C <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, <br /> Minnesota(the"City"), will meet on May 14, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible <br /> in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony, Minnesota, for the <br /> purpose of conducting a public hearing on a proposal that the City issue refunding revenue <br /> bonds, in one or more series, under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462C, as amended (the"Act"), <br /> in order to refund the City's Housing Development Refunding Revenue Bonds (Autumn Woods <br /> Project), Series 1992, which were issued by the City to refund bonds of the City's issued to <br /> finance the acquisition and construction of Autumn Woods, a multi-family rental housing <br /> development containing 201 housing units and is located at 2600 Kenzie Terrace in the City and <br /> which is owned by Autumn Woods Partners Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"). The <br /> maximum aggregate principal amount of the proposed bond issue is $7,775,000. The bonds will <br /> be limited obligations of the City, and the bonds and interest thereon will be payable solely from <br /> the revenues pledged to the payment thereof. No holder of any bonds will ever have the right to <br /> compel any exercise of the taxing power of the City to pay the bonds or the interest thereon, nor <br /> to enforce payment against any property of the City except money payable by the Partnership or <br /> its successor or assigns to the City and pledged to the payment of the bonds. <br /> All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above, or <br /> may file written comments with the City Manager prior to the date of the hearing set forth above. <br /> Auxiliary aids for handicapped persons are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance. <br /> Please call the City Clerk at 612-789-8881 to make arrangements. <br /> Michael Mornson <br /> City Manager <br /> Publish: St. Anthony Bulletin <br /> April 24, 2002 <br />
