One measurable goal is to increase publicity for recycling. In 2003,the City will <br /> bring more waste reduction and recycling information to the City's web site at www.ci.saint- <br /> anthony.mn.us. The City has recently renovated the web site and it has a new look as well as new <br /> information and improved organization. The activity will be evaluated through looking at the web <br /> site at the beginning and the end of 2003 and evaluating the web site content to see whether there <br /> is an increase. <br /> 7.
